To whom it may concern: "If you are a property owner thinking about joing forces with Franchelle Stevens and the Stevens Realty & Relocation Team, I have both good and bad news for you. If you have ever used another property management agency before, you have been lied to about what to expect from another agent that is supposed to work for you. That is the bad news. The great news is that Franchelle Stevens and her staff are the REAL DEAL. I am a property owner and have had the unfortunate opportunity to work with another agency. Like everyone else in the worls, I am very busy and there are not enough hours in the day. Let me just tell you that what they called "superior customer service" I called less than adequate and a waste of my time and money. When I first began talking to Franchelle Stevens about listing my property with her vs. my other agency, my optimism was very low. I asked her my questions and let her know upfront what my expectations were of an agent. Her "can do" attitude just replied with "That is exactly what I am here for. Why? Have you been told something different?" Thinking that maybe she was just a big talker, I took her word and put her expertise to the test. Let me tell you I have found a GEM in her. Franchelle has done everything that I asked for in an agent and so much more. Where my previous agency found 4 renters in 4 months to just show the property, Franchelle got 3 applications in less than 30 days. I have received answers to every one of my questions which put my fear and concerns to rest. Given the fact that I no longer live in NC, I wanted to ensure that my investment in this house was as secure as possible and it would be looked after by someone that cared about my interests and not just my wallet. Franchelle has done that by being upfront with me; reassuring me that my faith,trust, and confidence in her are well deserved and I will not be disappointed.
